Companies not seeking to be a Client Company in the Incubator Program but wishing to participate in our Program as members, may apply for membership in one of the following categories:
Former resident companies that have graduated from the Incubator Program.
Advanced life science or ancilliary companies that could benefit from Incubator Program resources or seek to maintain relationships with Incubator Client Companies.
Biotech startups that are too early stage to qualify for admission to the Incubator Program, but can benefit from it's resources.

Admission is by application. To qualify, a company must plan to conduct research and development for new products for services in the molecular life sciences. A significant part of a company’s revenue must come from equity investments, debt, research grants, contract research, or other sources unrelated to the sale of products or services. The company must have established research relationships with the University of Florida or must have an interest in, and potential for, initiating such relationships.
